Social Media isn’t scary for your business- it’s a necessity.
Question- How does one constantly monitor, update, write, publish, tweet, post and ping the innerworkings of a brand to ensure the information out in cyberspace isn’t destroying your product or service?

The R Companies in ink today!
From the Wichita Business Journal, May 15, 2009

Seriously. Think about it. Can you answer that question?
For the longest time, I felt that I didn’t know the answer to that simple answer. Sure there were a lot of things I’m interested in, but what am I actually good at doing? How do I make a difference?
And listen, I’m not talking about all of the ego-stroking HR B.S. that one can spout off in an interview or impromptu elevator pitch. You need to be awesome at those. I’m talking about the kind of traits that OTHERS say about you. Things that you can prove. Things that you people turn to you to accomplish. If your company needs ________, they turn to you.
Here’s what I’ve also found very helpful once you’re there. Um- write it down. Seriously. Take some time and write down the manifesto of you. Use that as your foundation for your personal mission statement. Then, write your business plan of success for you.
There’s nothing wrong with knowing what you are inherently great at. The more you know, the higher you’ll climb.
Heading to be a cowboy. Kinda miss it a little. Got my boots, hat and buckle on. Couldn’t find the gun, but it’d freak the kids. Saddle up!
